Welcome to Birchwood Primary Academy.

It is a real privilege to lead our school and to be part of a community that is so committed to helping every child thrive. At Birchwood, we want every pupil to feel happy, safe, valued and inspired to achieve their very best.

We believe that every child has the potential to succeed. Our dedicated staff work hard to provide a nurturing and ambitious environment where children are encouraged to be curious, confident and resilient, while developing a genuine love of learning.

We place great importance on our school values and the character of our pupils. We want our children to leave Birchwood not only with a strong academic foundation, but also with the kindness, confidence, independence and resilience they need to navigate the world around them.

We are incredibly proud of our pupils and the achievements they make every day, both in and outside of the classroom. We also value the strong partnerships we have with our families and wider community, recognising that working together is key to giving every child the best possible start in life.

I hope our website gives you a glimpse into what makes Birchwood Primary Academy such a special place to learn, grow and shine.

We look forward to welcoming you to our school.
